Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly, assess their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations to enhance their experience
- Conduct engaging product demos and upsell complementary items to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage inside sales activities through effective communication, negotiation, and account management techniques
- Handle project scheduling and communicating with clients.
- Develop compelling content for social media platforms to promote showroom events, new arrivals, and special offers
- Respond promptly to online inquiries and comments, fostering positive engagement across digital channels
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that highlight key products and attract customer attention
- Engage with fellow contractors regarding potential partnership.
- Apply strong communication skills to educate customers about product features, benefits, and installation processes
Experience
- Experience in retail sales or high-end sales environments with a focus on customer service is beneficial
- Basic knowledge of renovation or flooring installation processes enhances ability to advise clients on product applications
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong organizational skills to manage merchandising setups and social media content calendars
- Previous marketing experience or familiarity with social media management tools will support brand promotion efforts
