Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Siding Installer and Cut Man to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality siding on residential and commercial buildings, ensuring precise cuts and seamless finishes. Your expertise will help transform exteriors with durable, attractive siding solutions while maintaining safety and efficiency on every project.

Duties

- Measure, cut, and install various types of siding materials using hand tools and power tools to achieve accurate fits and finishes
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure proper installation procedures
- Use caulking techniques to seal joints and prevent water infiltration, ensuring weather-tight exteriors
- Handle heavy siding panels safely through proper lifting techniques and teamwork to prevent injuries
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and making necessary repairs before installation




- Maintain a clean work setting by organizing tools and disposing of debris regularly
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols

Experience

- Prior experience with siding installation or general construction work is highly preferred
- Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers, and levels is essential
- Carpentry skills including framing, trimming, and finishing are a strong plus
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and translate plans into physical work
- Experience with caulking, sealing, heavy lifting, and working at heights is desirable
- Handyman experience or familiarity with construction site safety standards will be advantageous
