We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and installation, with the ability to read blueprints and execute projects efficiently. As an Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring that installations are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and read blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various installation tasks.
- Perform caulking and sealing as needed to ensure proper finishes and weatherproofing.
- Build and assemble structures according to design specifications.
- Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required during installations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly.
- Follow safety protocols to minimize risks on the job site.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Installer or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and interpretation.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and other installation equipment.
- Experience in carpentry or maintenance person services is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
