Duties

- Install a wide range of signage including channel letters, banners, lighted signs, and custom displays according to project specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, lifts, and scaffolding safely and effectively during installations
- Measure and mark sign placement areas accurately to ensure proper alignment and positioning
- Remove old signage carefully without damaging property or surrounding structures
- Conduct site inspections before and after installation to verify safety compliance and quality standards
- Collaborate with project managers,



clients, and team members to coordinate installation schedules and address on-site challenges
- Maintain all tools, equipment, and safety gear in excellent condition for optimal performance

Experience

- Prior experience in sign installation or related construction roles preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, or schematics is a plus
- Robust understanding of safety procedures related to working at heights and with power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and lifting heavy signage materials safely
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred for site travel purposes
