- Execute strategic fundraising plans to meet budgetary goals
- Cultivate and manage major donor relationships
- Oversee volunteer programs and communications
- Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations
- Develop actionable donor stewardship strategies Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in nonprofit leadership
- Strong understanding of fundraising principles
- Experience with CRM systems and donor relations
