Fusion Pharmaceuticals, part of the AstraZeneca Group, seeks a senior quality leader to provide site leadership and oversight of QA, QC and cGMP compliance at the Hamilton facility. You will set quality goals, supervise QA/QC, and assure timely testing and release of products in alignment with global policies.
This on‑site role requires extensive pharmaceutical quality management experience, including leadership in radiopharmaceuticals and compliance with USFDA/Health Canada regulations.
