Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Family Site Supervisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will take the lead on the day-to-day operations of a multi-family construction project in Vancouver, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strong on-site leadership and direction to crews and subcontractors
- Manage daily construction activities to keep projects running smoothly
- Oversee a crew of 10+ employees along with multiple subcontractors
- Ensure work is completed according to approved plans, specifications, shop drawings,



and building codes
- Maintain the construction schedule in collaboration with the Project Manager
- Track and ensure project milestones and completion dates are met
- Issue material and service purchase orders
- Maintain detailed daily site reports, including progress updates, inspections, and site events
- Ensure site safety standards and WorkSafeBC regulations are followed

Experience & Qualifications

- Red Seal Carpenter preferred
- Minimum 5 years carpentry experience
- 5–10 years experience as a Site Supervisor or similar leadership role
- Experience with wood-frame and concrete construction
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and current building practices
- Familiarity with the BC Building Code and WorkSafeBC regulations
- Proficiency with Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and MS Project
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Willingness to work out of town when required
