Construction Site Supervisor – Healthcare Projects (Travel Required)

Location: Canada-wide travel

Salary: $100K – $130K package (depending on experience)

A well-established General Contractor is looking to bring on an experienced Site Supervisor to support a steady pipeline of healthcare, institutional, and commercial renovation projects across Canada.

This role is ideal for a hands-on Supervisor who is comfortable working in active, occupied environments and is open to travel for project-based assignments.

You will work closely with the Project Manager and play a key role in delivering small to mid-sized projects in sensitive, operational facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget

Coordinate and supervise trades and site staff, maintaining productivity and quality standards

Enforce health & safety protocols, including infection prevention and control procedures in active environments





Conduct site orientations, safety meetings, and daily hazard assessments

Manage material deliveries and site logistics in line with project progress

Maintain strong communication with the Project Manager and project stakeholders

Represent the company professionally in all client-facing interactions

Support hands-on site activities as required

Qualifications:

5 years of Site Supervisory experience in construction

Experience working on healthcare, institutional, or occupied renovation projects is a strong asset

Solid understanding of construction drawings, materials, and methods

Strong knowledge of health & safety practices

Familiarity with infection control standards is an asset

Robust communication and coordination skills

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Canada
