Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate daily site activities, ensure safety compliance, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and maintain project schedules and budgets. Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities on site, ensuring work progresses according to plans and schedules
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth operations
- Monitor safety protocols rigorously, conducting regular site inspections to enforce OSHA compliance and safety standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide on-site activities
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for scheduling, documentation, and reporting
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify workmanship aligns with project specifications and standards




- Manage site logistics including material deliveries, storage, and equipment usage while maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

- Proven supervising experience in construction or related fields with a strong understanding of construction processes
- Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other relevant tools
- Extensive construction experience with knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Strong skills in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate teams effectively and resolve on-site issues promptly
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations such as OSHA standards
