Relay is on the lookout for an Application Security Engineer II with 2 to 4 years of experience in application security or penetration testing. You'll apply your skills in threat modeling, offensive testing, and software supply chain security, collaborating across teams to secure and enhance our offerings. As a key member of the AppSec team, you’ll focus on testing and fixing vulnerabilities, directly impacting our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct threat modeling and white-box penetration tests • Triage and manage bug bounty reports effectively • Implement security patching directly in the codebase • Enhance our security tooling and in-house tools • Facilitate regular standups and team sessions
Requirements: • 2-4 years of professional security experience • Demonstrated code shipping in production environments • Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10 • Experience with AI in security practices • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
