Negotiate and hold all parties accountable to their contracted services

Requirements 7+ years of Owner’s Representative Project Management experience
Led major capital projects of $2M+ from inception to completion
Corporate Office Tenant Improvements experience
Team leadership and mentorship skills
Demonstrated client relationship management skills
Strong analytical skills and solution development
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Expert verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and Microsoft Project
Scheduling, estimating, cost control experience
