Erwin Construction is looking for experienced Carpenters to join our growing team!

At Erwin Construction, we provide custom building and general contracting services, specializing in new homes, additions, renovations, and cottages. We take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship and creating exceptional spaces for our clients.

Responsibilities

- Framing
- Interior and exterior wood finishes
- Trim and finish carpentry
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Working efficiently and paying close attention to detail
- Collaborating with the project team and maintaining a positive, professional attitude
- Taking pride in delivering high-quality workmanship

Qualifications
- 3+ years of carpentry experience
- Experience with framing and finish carpentry
- Own tool belt and basic hand tools
- Valid G Class Driver’s Licence
- Reliable transportation to and from our shop




- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
