Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Skilled Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting various construction and renovation projects by performing a wide range of hands-on tasks. Duties

- Assist with the preparation and setup of work sites, including clearing debris and organizing materials
- Perform general construction tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and material handling with safety as a priority
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision, ensuring proper use and maintenance
- Support skilled tradespeople by assisting with specialized tasks when needed
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment for all team members
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure tools and equipment are stored properly after use




- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Skills

- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour for extended periods
- Basic understanding of construction processes and safety procedures
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and efficiently
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork and safety awareness
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as required
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a positive work ethic
- Prior experience in construction or related fields is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
