General Contractor looking for a full-time Laborer
Successful applicant will be responsible for assisting in general labor tasks on a daily basis. This includes demolition, site clean up, dump runs, garbage pick up etc. The applicant must take direction well and work well within a team.
Responsibilities
- Complete tasks given by the Site Superintendent or Project Manager in a timely manor.
- Complete work safely.
Qualifications
- Have the ability to work unsupervised.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Have strong communication skills.
- You MUST have a vehicle.
- Must have cell phone for mobile communication
- Must be in positive physical health and able to lift 50lbs.
Skills & Abilities
- Have knowledge & experience in both commercial and residential construction.
- Posses a valid Class 5 Drivers License
- Comply with all company policies
