Skilled Maintenance and Renovation Worker

Data Pharms Inc., is looking for a practical, reliable maintenance and renovation worker for residential work throughout Thunder Bay.

This is hands-on, field-based work across different locations. The position may be part-time, full-time or contract depending on the person's skill level, availability and the amount of work. We are looking for someone competent who can work independently, communicate clearly and complete jobs properly.

Typical work may include

- Drywall patching, mudding and sanding
- Interior painting and touch-ups
- Flooring installation and repairs
- Trim, baseboards and finish work
- Doors, locks and basic hardware
- Caulking, weather sealing and minor exterior repairs
- Basic carpentry
- Light demolition, cleanup and material handling
- Unit turnovers and deficiency repairs
- Seasonal outdoor work and basic landscaping
- Taking before-and-after photos and providing transparent progress updates
- Recording materials used and accurate hours

What we are looking for:
- Practical experience in several maintenance or renovation areas
- Reliable attendance, good judgment and attention to detail




- Ability to assess a problem, explain what is needed and follow through
- Valid driver's licence and a dependable vehicle
- Own basic tools strongly preferred
- Comfortable using a smartphone for work details, photos and updates
- Able to work safely and respectfully in occupied and vacant residential units
- Willing to handle a mix of planned work and occasional time-sensitive repairs

This is a general maintenance and renovation position. Licensed electrical, plumbing, gas and HVAC work is not part of the role unless the person is separately qualified and specifically authorized. To apply, please include:
