Kreeative Renovations & Design Co. is looking for a Skilled Renovation Worker to join our team! Renovation experience is required. If you take pride in your craft, work well with a team, and enjoy a variety of renovation tasks (both interior and exterior), we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Assist with and complete a wide range of renovation tasks, including:
- Framing & structural work
- Drywall installation & finishing
- Flooring installation
- Trim, doors, and general finishing
- Exterior renovation tasks
- Install or assist with Hardie Plank siding, trim, and exterior details when required
- Follow project plans and work collaboratively to meet deadlines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure job site
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist with measurements, layout, demolition, and prep work
- Communicate effectively with the project manager and crew
Qualifications
- Proven renovation or construction experience (required)
- Solid understanding of carpentry and general renovation processes
- Ability to learn quickly and take direction
- Proficiency with power tools and job site equipment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Comfortable working at heights when required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift materials and perform manual labour
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sit
