Your Main

Responsibilities - Plan operations and dispatch crews to perform snow removal activities across several commercial sites simultaneously.

- Oversee snow removal operations to ensure they meet our internal standards and client expectations.
- Visit sites during or after snow removal operations to visually inspect service quality and site conditions.
- Create and update tickets and purchase orders in our snow removal system.
- Handle client complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with Account Managers and provide transparent, consistent, documented feedback to management.
- Participate in contract reviews and the year-end review.



What We’re Looking For - 3+ years of experience managing teams of at least 20 employees in landscaping, snow removal, or construction.

Experience managing large-scale operations in other industries may also be considered.

- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate a strong commitment to the role.
- Very good communication skills.
- Bilingual French and English is an asset.
- Very good organizational skills, with the ability to manage stress and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Functional knowledge of computers and software applications.
- Valid provincial driver’s licence with a driving record acceptable to the company is required. Terms of Employment - Seasonal contract with defined start and end dates.
- Company vehicle provided for the duration of the contract.
