Lead the snowsports experience as an Assistant Director. Oversee school group excursions and manage daily operations at our Ski & Snowboard School throughout the season. In this full-time, seasonal role from late October 2026 to April 2027, the Assistant Director collaborates with the Director to create a profitable and organized learning workplace.

Responsibilities include working closely with local schools to coordinate group visits and ensure high-quality lesson standards within our programs. Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise with schools for excursion planning and execution
- Supervise lesson reservations and instructor management
- Train lead hands, front desk staff, and instructors
- Maintain budget oversight and marketing presence
- Foster a culture of safety and quality in snowsports Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience in snowsports
- CASI/CSIA Level 2 or higher certification required
- Strong background in hospitality and snowschool operations
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills
