- Manage daily social media activities using scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting and audience engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for customer interactions, respond promptly to comments and messages, and foster positive community relationships.
- Implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to optimize content discoverability and increase organic reach.




- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and platform insights; prepare reports to measure success and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate social media campaigns with broader digital marketing initiatives including E-commerce promotions and Facebook Advertising.

Qualifications

- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations with a solid portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles including SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and E-commerce integration.
- Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling and analytics purposes.
- Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform for targeted ad campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail in crafting compelling copy that aligns with brand voice.
- Ability to analyze data insights effectively to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI on social media efforts.
