Role Overview The Social Media Manager owns the strategy, execution, growth, and performance of CouchHaus’ organic social channels and Creator Program.

This is a hands-on execution role. You will take projects from idea → creation → publication → engagement → performance analysis, while also managing creator partnerships from initial outreach through content going live.

The goal isn’t simply to create beautiful content. It’s to grow our audience, build brand awareness, create demand, and turn social and creator marketing into measurable growth channels for CouchHaus.

Core Accountability The Social Media Manager owns six pillars:

- Social Media Strategy & Growth
- Content Planning & Production
