Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist (Remote) is a full-time role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media content and campaigns for agricultural clients across multiple platforms. Daily tasks include creating and scheduling engaging social media content, monitoring channel performance, and adjusting strategies based on analytics and audience insights.

The specialist will collaborate with internal teams and clients to align messaging with brand goals and agricultural industry trends. Additional responsibilities include community management,



responding to comments and inquiries, and supporting broader digital marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and lead generation. This role is fully remote, requiring proactive communication and effective time management.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience managing campaigns across major platforms.
- Ability in Social Media Content Creation, including writing, visual coordination, and adapting content to different audiences and channels.
- Solid Marketing and Communication skills, with the capacity to translate client goals into clear, consistent messaging.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance metrics, and the ability to make data-informed decisions.
- Understanding of or interest in the agriculture industry and rural communities is strongly beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and remote collaboration skills.
- Prior experience in social media or digital marketing roles; post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an asset.
