We are hiring for casual Social Workers to join our team in Kelowna. We welcome applications from graduates of an accredited BSW or MSW program with open availability for shifts. Registration with the BC College of Social Workers is a requirement.

Our department provides social work services seven days a week with varying hours that include daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. This is a very busy role where you could be supporting acute care, community, long-term care, primary care and mental health clients.

Days of Work: Any day as needed

Shift times: 08:00 to 16:00, 15:00 to 00:55, 10:00 to 17:15

About The Role The Social Worker provides comprehensive assessment, care planning and treatment coordination for designated clients and their families. Working collaboratively with other health care providers and the multidisciplinary team, the Social Worker provides direct psychosocial care,



counseling and group work, system navigation and advocacy, education and linkage to relevant specialized complex care resources while facilitating client self management.
