Contract Regulatory Advisor – Drilling Petroplan – Greater St. John's Metropolitan Area

Position: Regulatory Advisor – Drilling

Work directly with and support EH&S; and Regulatory Team to develop regulatory documentation and plans such as:

Operations Authorization process and required documentation

Scope for the MODU Campaign

Ongoing engagement with regulator agencies during the MODU program

Conduct compliance assessment to Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Area Petroleum Operations Framework Regulations and Guideline for the Framework Regulations specifically focused on MODU requirements as well as all other aspects related to Drilling, Completions, and Interventions

Work closely with the Drilling, Completions,



and Interventions technical team to update all supporting documents in the management system

Develop and steward a detailed schedule for Operations Authorization activities for the MODU program

Take lead in preparation and maintenance of Regulatory Compliance Register for DCI East Coast MODU program

Provide effective regulatory coordination and support to the MODU project team

Provide technical regulatory advice to management specifically regarding MODU intake and Operations Authorization
