As a critical member of our Youth Crisis Stabilization Unit, you will utilize your clinical skills to assess and address the needs of young patients facing crises. Your role includes delivering counseling, coordinating care, and providing informative resources to both patients and families. Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct psychosocial assessments and treatment planning • Intervene in crisis situations with patients and families • Facilitate discharge planning and coordination of care • Document assessments and follow-ups according to policy • Educate staff and the community on psychosocial health issues

Requirements: • ASW or AMFT licensure with California Behavioral Sciences • Crisis intervention training within 60 days • Complete licensure within six years • Ability to manage complex cases and document thoroughly • Experience with community outreach programs
