Current Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Solutions Architect to support our client’s Regional Digital Solutions team. This role will provide solution architecture and technical expertise for a Proof-of-Concept (POC) focused on Print-to-PDF functionality to address Oncology VPP Outpatient Lab Requisition printing requirements.

The successful candidate will work closely with CST design and technical teams to determine an optimal solution that integrates with the existing CST Cerner configuration and scripts, support testing and optimization, and deliver the final solution if the POC is validated and approved.

Responsibilities

- Provide Proof-of-concept (POC) to explore Print to PDF functionality as a possible solution to Oncology VPP Outpatient Lab Requisition Printing issues, as per specified functional requirements.
- Work with CST design/technical teams to determine optimal solution that integrates with current configuration and scripts already built
- Provide support during the testing phase of the Proof-of-Concept model
- Provide guidance on best possible optimization to the Proof-of-Concept design
- Deliver the final version of the solution, if Proof of Concept is validated and approved
- Provide technical specifications to support the application
- Provide assistance with and during the testing phase




- Provide any technical support to implement in all environments
- Possible on site visits upon request (expenses to be reimbursed)

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience as a Solution Architect within healthcare information technology or a closely related environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience with Reporting build within CST Cerner.
- Experience working with existing application configurations, custom scripts, and integrated technical solutions.
- Strong ability to translate functional requirements into practical technical designs and specifications.
- Experience supporting application testing, troubleshooting, optimization, and implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate solution options and recommend an appropriate technical approach.
- Ability to produce clear technical specifications and implementation documentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to attend occasional onsite meetings or project activities when requested.
