You will act as a key recruitment contact, nurturing connections with Indigenous communities, secondary schools, and prospective students. Your responsibilities include leveraging CRM systems, executing recruitment events, and collaborating with the Manager of Recruitment to implement outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Increase Indigenous enrollment through strategic outreach
• Serve as liaison between the college and Indigenous communities
• Execute and plan recruitment events and initiatives




• Utilize CRM tools to manage contacts and relationships
• Collaborate to develop effective marketing strategies
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in related field
• Minimum five years in public relations or marketing
• Experience with Indigenous communities and cultural protocols
• Proficient in project management and budgeting
• Valid Ontario Class G driver's license required
