Job Description
- Lead site-wide manufacturing operations ensuring production plans and customer demand are achieved.
- Own SQDCP performance, driving improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People while monitoring KPIs, productivity, OEE, downtime, scrap and rework.
- Provide operational leadership, managing Production Managers, Supervisors and wider teams while building accountability, engagement, capability and succession
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, structured problem solving, waste reduction, standardisation and improvements to production flow and efficiency.
Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications
- Solid injection moulding manufacturing knowledge
- Previous experience working within the automotive manufacturing industry
- Well versed with high-volume, customer driven production schedules
