Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of community-informed policies
• Conduct and analyze governance research and trends
• Collaborate with various departments for policy alignment
• Develop program updates for citizen communication
• Manage budgets associated with policy projects

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in political science or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of policy or program experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe
• Knowledge of Indigenous governance agreements an asset
• Experience in organizing virtual stakeholder meetings
