Jardeg is seeking an experienced Maintenance Foreperson to join the Edmonton Shop team. Provide local leadership in equipment maintenance and service for Technical Workforce Inc.

In this role, you will oversee maintenance operations, dispatch technicians effectively, and ensure equipment stays in service. You'll also handle parts approval and maintain compliance with safety protocols, making a tangible impact on shop productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage equipment maintenance and technician dispatch
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs as needed
• Review and approve requisition for equipment parts
• Ensure compliance with safety documentation
• Conduct closeout meetings and training for staff

Requirements:
• Heavy Duty/Automotive Red Seal Ticket is a must
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience required
• Reliable transportation necessary
• Robust skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Willing to undertake drug and alcohol testing
