Based at our Hydroform facility, this senior role will focus on your unique capabilities in PLCs, robotics, and automation. You'll play a key role in troubleshooting and standardizing practices that maximize production uptime and improve quality. Your technical leadership will enable the implementation of new technologies and establish best practices throughout the plant.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical support for advanced manufacturing equipment
• Diagnose and resolve controls-related issues effectively
• Enhance PLC and HMI programs for operational excellence




• Guide teams in improving automation and control techniques
• Document processes and support technology implementations

Requirements:
• 5-10 years in controls engineering in automotive
• Expertise in Allen-Bradley PLCs and robotic systems
• Robust understanding of industrial networks and safety
• Supportive experience with plant-floor data systems
• Relevant degree in Engineering or technology field
