Develop and execute AMG's business development and growth strategy
Accountable for the retention, growth, and profitability of the AMG portfolio
Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and secure strategic partnership opportunities
Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new partnerships
Provide executive leadership and oversight for the SBI B2C business
Govern strategic marketing investments and acquisition initiatives
Champion adoption of digital capabilities and cutting-edge business development practices
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team
Requirements Graduate degree preferred
10+ years of progressive experience
Understanding of TDI and TDBG enterprise operations
Advanced analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking skills
Demonstrated understanding of emerging digital and AI capabilities
Proven experience in building and leading high-performing teams
Excellent communication skills
Strong financial and technology acumen
