Take charge of facilities operations as the Director of Facilities and Maintenance for a thriving distribution organization. Lead maintenance teams, oversee compliance, and drive operational efficiencies across several sites.

This vital role reports to the Vice President and requires an individual with over 5 years of hands-on management in warehouse or industrial environments. You will be tasked with ensuring regulatory compliance and developing high-performance teams while optimizing preventative maintenance programs and managing budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct facilities and maintenance operations across multiple sites
• Lead budget management and identify savings
• Oversee compliance with safety standards




• Develop emergency response and continuous improvement plans
• Mentor and coach the maintenance team for excellence

Requirements:
• Education in Facilities Management or a similar field
• 5+ years of relevant management experience
• Competent in Microsoft Office software
• Experience with industrial refrigeration or CMMS is a plus
• Willingness to travel when necessary
