Requirements Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a generalist or managerial role
Bilingual in French and English required
Excellent knowledge of Quebec employment and labour legislation
Experience with HR information systems (HRIS)
