SAP Support Specialist – Data Quality (Materials Management - MM )Position Summar yThe SAP Support Specialist – Data Quality (MM Module) plays a key role in maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of SAP master data supporting procurement, material planning, and supply chain operations. This position is responsible for managing scheduling agreements, improving data quality, resolving master data discrepancies, and supporting daily purchasing activities. The ideal candidate combines SAP MM expertise with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of procurement processes

Key Responsibiliti esSAP Master Data Manageme ntMaintain, update, and validate SAP MM master data to ensure accuracy and compliance with business requirement
s.Identify, investigate, and eliminate duplicate master data records to improve data integrity and reporting reliabilit
y.Monitor data quality metrics and recommend corrective actions where neede
d.Maintain scheduling agreements and ensure alignment with supplier contracts and purchasing requirement
s.Verify proper linkage and functionality between Scheduling Agreements (SA), Info Records, Source Lists (SL), Purchase Orders (POs), and Goods Receipt




s.Support the creation and maintenance of Spot Buy Purchase Order
s.Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and ad hoc purchasing report
s.Cross-Functional Collaborati onPartner with Purchasing, Planning, Logistics, and Operations teams to understand business requirements and improve data qualit
y.Collaborate with IT and SAP support teams to resolve system and master data issue
s.Support continuous improvement initiatives related to procurement and supply chain processe
s.Documentation & Traini ngDevelop and maintain documentation for SAP data management procedures and best practice
s.Provide user guidance and training on data governance standards and SAP MM processe
s.Promote data accuracy and compliance across the organizatio
