Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Canada

Validate payroll inputs including compensation changes, benefits, deductions, time records, and employee status updates

Ensure payroll compliance with applicable regulations and company policies

Perform payroll reconciliations, reporting, accounting support, and audit activities

Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and payroll vendors to deliver payroll excellence

Resolve payroll issues, inquiries, and escalations

Drive process improvements, system enhancements, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

5 years of progressive payroll experience

demonstrated knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation

advanced Excel proficiency

deep understanding of payroll controls, compliance, taxation, and audits

French language proficiency
