Develop and maintain effective relationships with Owners and Store Support teams
Assist District Managers with control standards such as Health and Safety, inventory, product recalls, and food safety
Provide assistance to stores in the execution of merchandising and operational standards
Achieve labor targets to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
Assist with the development of store operational plan and management team
Requirements 3-5 years of experience coaching, developing, and managing in retail environment
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of store systems (SAP, STAS, SWEDA MART, etc.)
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Comfortable managing within a union/nonunion setting
