Duties

- Supervise daily spa activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations from appointment scheduling to service delivery
- Lead and motivate the spa team to provide outstanding guest services that exceed expectations
- Manage guest interactions with enthusiasm, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience
- Oversee cash handling procedures, including processing payments accurately and maintaining financial records
- Coordinate appointments and manage the spa’s booking system to optimize scheduling and minimize wait times
- Maintain cleanliness,



safety standards, and adherence to health regulations throughout the spa environment
- Support staff training on customer service excellence, product knowledge, and operational procedures
- Provide spa services for clients

Qualifications

- Proven experience in hospitality or customer service roles within a spa or wellness setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff alike
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional guest services with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and health & safety standards is preferred but not required
