As the Financial Controller, you will lead the finance operations and ensure timely, accurate financial services across the organization. Partnering with the VP, Finance, you will implement stronger financial controls and improve workflows to prepare the organization for growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily finance operations and accounting tasks
• Produce accurate financial reports for informed leadership decisions
• Establish internal controls for accountability
• Lead the Finance team to meet organizational goals




• Enhance finance processes for scalability and efficiency

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related area
• CPA designation preferred, or working towards it
• At least 5–7 years of finance experience needed
• 2–3 years in a team leadership role
• Proficient with financial tools and standards
