Our FI client is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team.
This will be 4x per week onsite at Queen/ Jarvis.
This will be fulltime hours per week, 12+ months to FTE.
Rate range is $45-50 per hour, T4.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage content calendars and publish content across key platforms.
Create engaging posts, videos, and campaigns that support brand and marketing initiatives.
Monitor and respond to social media engagement and customer inquiries.
Track performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices.
Ensure all content meets brand, compliance, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
5+ years of social media management experience, preferably in financial services, banking, insurance, or fintech.
Robust content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
Experience using Sprinklr
Expertise in social media best practices, trends, and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with paid social advertising and digital marketing analytics.
