Inform and continue to build the Compliance & Licensing team
Define, develop and deliver strategies in the expansion of the compliance program
Mentor, coach, and monitor your team to ensure priorities and objectives are met
Identify and mitigate risks through compliance functions
Oversee licensing functions for licensed facilities
Provide leadership by utilizing a broad knowledge of policies, programs and legislation
Requirements
University degree in a related field
Several years of successful leadership experience at a supervisory/managerial level
Previous experience with Licensing and/or compliance is considered an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
