Key Responsibilities:
• Provide integrated patient care in diverse settings

• Maintain confidential medical documentation as required
Requirements:
• Unrestricted registration as a PCP with ACoP
• H2S Alive and Common Safety Orientation certifications
• Valid, unrestricted Class 5 Driver's License
• Clean Driver's Abstract with no violations
• Experience in Industrial or Oil & Gas sectors is an asset
