Float is seeking an experienced founding lead to spearhead Float Intelligence. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will oversee a team of product and data engineers while owning the roadmap for AI-driven experiences. Your expertise in bringing AI products from concept to customer delivery will be crucial in accelerating Float's mission.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead and grow a team of product and ML engineers • Own the roadmap for AI-driven finance products • Transition AI projects from concept to market • Make critical tech decisions around model and infrastructure • Build foundational platforms for data and ML teams

Requirements: • 7+ years in software engineering with team management experience • Hands-on AI product development and delivery • Proven track record of building 0→1 products • Robust understanding of AI infrastructure and evaluation • Ability to collaborate across teams without formal authority
