About the role

We're looking for an energetic, friendly, and confident Store Concierge to be the welcoming face of our Specsavers store. As a Store Concierge, you'll be positioned at the front of the store and engage with shoppers passing by in the mall. Your primary goal is to start genuine conversations, introduce customers to our eye care services, and help book eye exam appointments with our optometrist.

This is a highly interactive role that's perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and can confidently approach new customers with a warm and professional attitude.

What you'll be doing

- Proactively greet and engage shoppers walking past the store.
- Start friendly conversations and identify customers who may benefit from an eye exam or new eyewear.
- Educate customers about Specsavers' eye care services, promotions, and booking opportunities.
- Book eye exam appointments using our in-store booking system.
- Direct booked customers into the store and create a welcoming first impression.
- Work closely with the retail and optometry teams to help maximize appointment bookings.
- Maintain a professional, approachable, and enthusiastic presence at the front of the store.
- Meet daily and weekly customer engagement and booking goals.

- Reliable, punctual, and qualified in appearance and conduct.
- Retail, sales, hospitality, or promotional experience is an asset, but not required.
- Tuesday - Thursday availability from 12:00pm - 5:00pm
