Blue Harbour Therapy is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to be a part of a growing multidisciplinary healthcare office as an independent contractor.

This is an opportunity to build a caseload within an established, warm and welcoming clinical environment while working alongside like-minded professionals.

Qualifactions:

We are looking for an SLP who is:

- Registered and in good standing with CASLPO
- A graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Experienced or interested in working with children and families




- Comfortable working independently and managing their own clinical caseload
- Committed to evidence-informed and ethical clinical practice
- Strong in clinical documentation and communication
- Comfortable collaborating with parents, caregivers, physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals
- Organized, reliable, and professional
- Interested in building a meaningful paediatric and adult caseload within a collaborative healthcare environment
- Able to provide a clear Vulnerable Sector Check completed within the last year

Experience With Any of the Following Is an Asset

- Speech sound disorders/articulation
- Receptive and expressive language
- Language delays and disorders
- Social communication/pragmatic language
- Fluency/stuttering
- AAC
- Literacy and language-based learning difficulties
- Neurodivergent children
- Feeding/swallowing
- School collaboration
