At Hype Cycle Club, our Motivators are the heartbeat of our community. They’re more than instructors, they’re coaches, community builders, and the energy behind every ride.
We’re looking for passionate, energetic fitness professionals who love music, movement, and creating an unforgettable class experience. As a Motivator, you’ll lead high-energy rhythmic cycling classes, connect with our members, and bring your own personality and style to every ride.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum one year of teaching rhythmic cycling, boutique studio preferred but not required.
- Musicality: Ability to lead classes to the beat, create engaging playlists, and confidently use Spotify and SoundCloud.
- Confidence: Skilled in leading, heavy hills, in and out of the saddle sprints, and choreographed combinations.
- Passion: A strong commitment to health, wellness, and community-building.
- Mindset: Open to feedback, continuous learning, and collaboration.
- Social Savvy: Active on social media with an interest in building a class following.
Responsibilities:
- Lead by Example: Embody a wellness lifestyle, setting a positive example for our members.
- Stay True to HCC: Follow HCC’s Signature Class Guidelines and create dynamic, fresh playlists.
- Engage and Grow: Promote your classes, maintain an active social media presence, and support fellow Motivators.
- Collaborate and Learn: Attend staff meetings and workshops, and continuously improve through feedback.
- Support: Provide reliable subbing, high-quality member service, and build relationships within the HCC community.
