The Role: Sports Installer

Your Mission

As a Sports Installer, you’re not just building courts - you’re building futures. You’ll ensure every project is completed precisely, delivering unmatched quality while fostering a cohesive team and ensuring seamless communication.

- Working with your hands - building, creating and looking back at what you have done with pride




- Executing installation plans with meticulous attention to detail and quality.
- Work cohesively with your teammates toward project goals.
- Inspect your work as you go to maintain high standards and solve issues on the spot.
- Optimizing tools, materials, and resources to drive efficiency.
- Provide daily progress updates, ensuring everyone stays aligned.
- Work safe - Ensure you and your teammates are folloing all safety protocols

- You have experience hardwood, resilient sheet flooring, and/or acrylic surfacing.
- You want to improve or learn the installation of sports flooring and equipment

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
