Join Franklin & Marshall College as an Assistant Squash Coach dedicated to athletic and academic excellence in Lancaster, PA. Support and mentor student-athletes in achieving their goals. In this full time position, the Assistant Squash Coach will work closely with the Head Coach to provide instruction and evaluate student-athletes.

Responsibilities include organizing game schedules, recruiting talented athletes, and maintaining standards that align with the College's mission of excellence. Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor and coach student-athletes in squash
- Develop and communicate practice schedules
- Facilitate athlete recruitment and campus visits
- Manage program budgets and report on expenditures
- Ensure proper maintenance of facilities and equipment Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED is a must
- At least 1 year of coaching squash experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Google Suite is necessary
