You will collaborate with Operations clients to deliver HR programs, interpret policies, and manage performance reviews. Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with operations to enhance employee and labor relations
• Deploy and support HR programs and initiatives
• Provide guidance on employment-related matters and policies
• Facilitate resolution of employee performance challenges
• Manage WSIB, STD, and return-to-work programs
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience
• Experience in a unionized setting preferred
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and consultative skills
• CHRP designation or relevant education preferred
