In this position, you will lead compliance initiatives for Trust Business, Registered Plans, EIASI, and Platinum Banking. Your responsibilities will include guiding business leaders, managing compliance risks, and ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks. You will participate in developing training programs and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance compliance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on regulatory compliance across wealth sectors
• Develop and implement compliance frameworks
• Identify and manage compliance risks and issues
• Collaborate with 2nd Line Compliance and Legal teams
• Conduct training sessions on compliance awareness
Requirements:
• 5-7 years in compliance or related fields
• Expertise in Trust and Estate regulations
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant educational background or certification
