In this position, you’ll assess individual needs and coordinate a variety of engagement programs that touch on physical, social, and emotional health. Flexibility in your work schedule allows for maximum participation and enjoyment. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and facilitate engaging group and one-on-one programs
- Monitor and assess Residents’ care needs
- Assist with mobility and participation in activities
- Complete accurate documentation of care activities
- Help maintain program materials and a welcoming environment Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Recreation, Gerontology, or similar
- Preferred experience in long-term care enrichment programs
- Certification in First Aid and CPR required
- Strong computer skills for care planning
- Current Vulnerable Sector Screening and TB test required Support Residents and foster enriching experiences at S&R; Group while having fun in your role.
